The Middle East Falcon Research Group publishes a biannual magazine FALCO containing contributions on veterinary, biological and conservation topics of common interest, new developments and recent veterinary advances in the field of falcon biology. There are also some additional articles on other species which have relevance to the work of the MEFRG. In 2004 FALCO was produced in colour for the first time.
In 2000 in Ulanbataar the Middle East Falcon Research Group held a very successful Second International Conference on Saker Falcon and Houbara Bustard.
