Each year International Wildlife Consultants Ltd offers a limited number of Field Assistant positions in Asia (Mongolia, Kazakhstan, China, Russia).
 
Opportunities depend upon current research projects and generally run in the spring and summer months (April-July inclusive).

Applicants should be enthusiastic and able to work in physically demanding conditions for a period of one to four months.

The positions are well suited to applicants who have recently completed a biological/environmental course in higher education and who are looking to gain some practical experience.

The application period is open throughout the year and selection for the Field Assistant posts is made in the preceding December.
